BEING REMOTE IN LOCATION ONLY

Working remotely can be a lonely existence or with the right skills, contacts, technology and attitude it can be a great way to feel connected to a large, geographically diverse number of people. As I sit here at my desk, oscillating between LinkedIn, Twitter, Huddle and various online communities, I feel very connected to the outside world. It's a virtual world but I have never felt better connected, better respected and better informed in all my career as a director, trainer and coach.
