Construction company boss Stephen Martin was able to go undercover successfully on his own building sites for a reality TV programme without being recognised by any of his employees. Martin has been MD of Clugston Group for two years and saw the programme as a one-off opportunity tornget under the skin of his own business and gain a new perspective on the barriers and opportunities to achieving the company's ambitious goals. Employees on the sites were told he was an office worker looking at what he could learn from people working outdoors.
