When I arrive for our interview, she's still engrossed in her previous meeting, sleeves pushed up, animatedly discussing the design of a brochure for a forthcoming festival.rnThe exchange of ideas isn't taking place behind the closed doors of a plush office, but informally round the table in the corner of a buzzy, open-plan area with stunning views over the Thames.
