I've heard enough. The business case for more women in senior positions is clear. What now needs to happen is for chief executives to take that evidence on board and end the habit of regarding senior women as niche products, nice-to-haves, even luxuries. As long as businesses and public bodies regard the career advancement of women as a worthy exercise in political correctness, they will continue to underperform. More diversity boosts the bottom line. Case proven.
