This study aims to propose a method for estimating the daylight illuminance, PAR, UV-A and UV-B from the solar irradiance. Clear sky index (K_c) and Cloudless index (CIe) is calculated from the solar irradiance. Then precipitable water (W) is calculated from the air temperature and humidity. Formulas to estimate the daylight illuminance ana PAR were developed as functions of Kc, CJe and W. In addition, formulas are developed to estimate UV-A and UV-B as functions of Kc and CIe. These equations were confirmed satisfactory after the verification by the long-term measurement data in Osaka. The daylight illuminance, PAR, UV-A and UV-B are possible to estimate based on the solar irradiance data. The fruits of this study are available for a wider environmental predictions not only building environmental simulation.%日射量を基に昼光照度、PAR、UV-A、UV-Bを推定することを試み、実用的に使用可能と思われる推定式を提案することができた。たとえば、拡張アメダス気象データでは日射量が基本データとして提供されている。このデータを活用すれば全国各地の昼光照度やPAR,UV-A、UV-Bを推定できるため、広範な気象データの活用が可能になると考える。なお、太陽高度が5°未満の場合、大気の影響や測定上の余弦則の影響が大きいため推定値がやや不安定になる場合があるため、太陽高度5°の発光効率、PAR効率、UV効率の適用を推奨する。
