Enzyme catalysed kinetic resolution of (+-) alpha-methyl-4-(2-methylpropyl)benzene acetic acid (ibuprofen), esterified with several alcohols, in the presence of enzymes Candida Cylindracea Lipase (CCL), Mucor Mehei Lipase immobilised on support (Lipozyme) and Porcine Pancreatin Lipase (PPL) is reported.
