Innovative Chemical Products (the ICP Group) has acquired MinusNine Technologies, a formulator and manufacturer of UV/EB coatings,adhesives, primers and specialty products for graphic arts and industrial applications.MinusNine will be integrated into the ICP Industrial division, which currently manufactures Nicoat coatings and adhesives.
