PCB Technologies to Buy Melta

MIGDAL HAEMEK, ISRAEL - PCB Technologies (pcb.co.il) will acquire fellow PWB fabricator Melta-Inter Industries (melta.co.il) for an estimated NIS 50 million ($14 million). The deal includes NIS 25 million for Melta-Inter's fixed assets and other goods, including inventory. If accounts receivable exceeds NIS 10 million, PCB will be an additional amount. PCB Technologies is one of Israel's largest PWB and EMS companies. The publicly traded Melta has built boards since 1979.
