iFlex features dual lanes, dual-sided feeding, internal buffer positions and feeder and trolley exchanges during production. Comes in three modules: T4 for chipshooting (four placement robots, 51,000 cph, 128 twin tape feeder positions); T2 (two placement robots, 24,000 cph, 128 twin tape feeder positions); and H1, for IC and fine-pitch placement (one placement robot, 7,100 cph, max 146 twin tape feeder positions/max. 30 tray positions). Is supported by Valor NPI and MES software.
