Report: 7 EMS M&A Transactions Completed in Q2

There were seven completed transactions in the second quarter in the EMS industry, says Lincoln International. That marks a decrease in M&A activity compared to the 12 completed in the previous quarter, says the firm. Last year, 13 transactions were completed in the first half. Four deals involved vertical/horizontal convergences, two were classified as private equity investments, and one involved an EMS consolidation. All seven deals in the quarter involved small-tier companies.
