TTM Technologies in December agreed to acquire RF component supplier Anaren for approximately $775 million in cash. The deal will be financed through a combination of cash on hand and new loans. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2018. TTM said the acquisition would broaden its product portfolio, adding highly engineered and differentiated RF products, and contribute significant RF engineering talent; increase its capabilities in aerospace and defense; and provide new growth opportunity in the industrial, medical and automotive markets.
