PETERSBURGH, NY - AGC has acquired Taconic's Advanced Dielectric Division, along with the majority-owned Korea Taconic. The sale, which took effect Jun. 11, is AGC's second major purchase of a laminate producer in the past year. Financial terms were not disclosed.
