Luminescent papers shining at night tend to catch the imagination of the people. A very special ticket printed on luminescent papers was in the hands of every visitor to the Super Bowl, the biggest sporting event in America. Super Bowl of America was the first big public event, where the paper from the company Brightec Inc. made its first appearance. The firm was the first to develop and produce the luminescent paper. There were mainly two reasons, why the National Football League of America decided to go in for this very special substrate for printing. On the one hand, it was for marketing grounds and on the other hand for reasons of security and to have a tamper proof ticket. Tickets shining at night tend to catch the imagination of the people. Just about five minutes of exposure to light is sufficient to make the paper shine all through the night.
