Mimaki Engineering Co., Ltd. announced that on 28th January 2009, it received ISO 14001 certification for its headquarters, Bokuya plant, Kazawa plant, Tokyo branch, Osaka Branch, and Mimaki Precision Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Mimaki Engineering, supplying precise milling parts and processed jigs and parts.rnISO 14001 is a globally recognized standard for an environmental management system. It specifies requirements for establishing an environmental policy, determining environmental aspects and impacts of products/activities/services, planning environmental objectives and measurable targets, implementation and operation of programs to meet objectives and targets, checking and corrective action, and management review.
