摘要

In this paper, the authors present a decomposition approach basednon duality theory for line maintenance scheduling with transmission andnvoltage constraints. The given formulation consists of a master programnand sub-problems with two independent programming. In the masternproblem, the maintenance problem is solved and in the subproblems, thentransmission and voltage problems are solved independently. Sincencanceling a transaction or purchasing reactive power relates to the lossnof revenue, the trade-off between maintenance cost and revenue loss willnbe optimized in the proposed method. The test results on the modifiednIEEE 118-bus system demonstrate that limits on transmission and voltagenaffect the line maintenance scheduling and increase the maintenancencost. While introducing the loss of revenue as one of the objectivenfunctions, the proposed method is flexible enough to accommodate variousnpricing objectives and methods
