Whether you're starting a new project or bringing on-line a previously idled generator, good environmen-tal risk communication is important to the success of the project. At times it seems that everyone is against you when all you want to do is help alleviate a power crunch. In reality, only a vocal minority may raise issues, sometimes of dubious concern, regarding potential environmental impacts of plant startups.
