摘要

When you see one of your employees in a pose like this, you can't help but wonder if the employee is kneeling in prayer, problem solving, or both. When problems occur on the job, it's not unusual to hear those involved asking for a miracle to get them out of the fix. As everyone knows, sometimes bad things just happen—no matter how much pre-emptive planning is done. However, sometimes we ask for it by taking shortcuts or by not doing our jobs well enough to prevent problems from occurring in the first place. That's why it's occasionally good to review a few basics on how we can protect ourselves from repeatedly stepping in the mud.
