A company created in 2011, Sete Brasil will manage assets in the oil and gas offshore sector in Brazil. The company won the Petrobras tender to operate 28 drilling rigs and in terms of value, it became the largest array of orders worldwide, with receivables of US$ 81.2 billion, considering daily rates to be received in up to 15 years contracts already signed. Sete Brasil's current capital is of R$ 6.5 billion.
