Port of Bergen adopts shore power

摘要

The normative framework for shore connection installations is today defined, and installations according to it are already implemented, such as the recently inaugurated LVSC installation in Port of Bergen. Additionally, the application of the IEC/IEEE/ISO 80005-2 communication standard adds efficiency and safety to the connection and disconnection operations. Existing installations not yet according to the communication standard can be upgraded to it.
