World in crisis,port cities evolving

If i believe the information conveyed by the media, the commentaries of numerous stakeholders in economic and political fields and very recently the conclusions of the report remitted to the Secretary General of the United Nations on 30 January, everything leads one to believe that the current profound economic and social crisis which most of the developed countries are going through is not just an accident of growth but, very much to the contrary, a severe reminder of the fragility of a model of development incompatible with the evolution of the global demographic, geopolitical, and environmental data.
