Cargotec completes acquisition of Interschalt

Cargotec has completed the acquisition of Interschait Maritime Systems AG, after receiving regulatory approvals. The transaction was announced during January this year. The acquisition strengthens Cargotec's and its business areas' Kalmar's and MacGregor's software strategy and complements Cargotec's strategic aim to be the leader in intelligent cargo handling.
