Without a hint of sentimentality, International Container Terminal Services (ICTSI) has revealed that it has agreed to sell ICTSI International Holding Corp (IIHC) to Hong Kong's Hutchison Port Holdings for an undisclosed sum. The deal includes operations in Argentina, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Thailand, leaving the Filipino company with its domestic terminals and interests in Suape and Tanzania.
