Algeciras Bay awards Isla Verde concession

The Spanish port of Algeciras Bay has awarded Ingenieria y Gerencia (INGER), a joint venture between Spanish construction group Acciona (60%) and Terminales Maritimas Layetanas (40%), a 15-year concession to develop and operate the Isla Verde container terminal. The agreement also includes an option to extend the concession for a further five years.
