Jaguar XK8 The Return of a Legend

With the launch this fall of the Jaguar XK8, the company's first new sports car in 21 years, the British carmaker enters a new era of technology while resurrecting its roots. The XK8 name reflects the all-new four-cam V8 engine-an event in itself coming from a company that up until now made cylinders only in multiples of six. The XK8 is the linear successor to the XJS coupe, but the new-era engine powers a car that owes much of its heritage to the 1960s-vintage E-type.
