We know you've seen the work of Best of Show Coachworks on the pages of Popular Hot Rodding before. They were a major part of getting project Bad Penny to the shape it's in now. They are known for their fabrication work and ground-up builds. It's not too often we'd throw an Under Construction car in our pages that didn't need much work, but this 70 Mustang is an exception. When you start off with such an important his-rntorical car that still runs and looks as good as it did when it was making the history books, the rules can be bent.
