摘要

To increase the efficiency of downward analytical continuation of gravity field (or other potential fields), a method of separation of local anomalies, using nonlinear correlation analysis and Tikhonov's regularization algorithm is presented.As a result, a depth range of downward continuation may be extended under the level of first singularity point, i.e., for the area where disturbing bodies are located. Thus, the method is important in the case of solution of indirect gravity problem because the former approaches to downward continuation do not allow us to separate disturbing bodies located under the level of first singularity point. To show the efficiency of this method, a number of theoretical and practical examples are presented.
