At the eleventh hour on the eleventh day of the eleventh month, the Two Minute Silence is observed on Armistice Day, the day which marks the end of the First World War.This year, Sunday 11th November 2018 will be the Centenary Anniversary of Armistice Day. In celebration of this most historic event we take a look back to the Royal British Legion Remembrance Sunday Parade and Service in the garrison town of Lisburn in November 2017 when former Assistant Chief Constable Freddie Hall OBE (now Deputy Lord Lieutenant for Co Antrim) had the honour of laying a wreath on behalf of the Sovereign at a short act of remembrance at Lisburn War Memorial.
