My name is Paul Gilbert and for 23 years I was a Police Officer in the Royal Ulster Constabulary and then the Police Service of Northern Ireland. During my time with the Police I obtained, a BSc. (Hons) Degree in Social Sciences with Social Policy and Psychological Studies, a Masters Degree in Social Policy and Criminology and have recently received my Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
