Paris is rejoicing over the restoration of a night medical service that was suspended during the Great War. Certain police stations in different districts have public telephones, and these can be rung up; to others it is necessary to go on foot if one wishes for the services of a doctor during the night hours. Doctors are in waiting at the Prefecture of Police, and when the local station telephones through one of them immediately dashes off by swift car to the address indicated.
