You too can be a Union Learning Rep (ULR)!

If you are currently an assistant practitioner (podiatry) but would like the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities within your team regarding training and development, then why not put yourself forward to become a Union Learning Rep (ULR). ULRs are elected and trained to be able to support their colleagues to access training and development opportunities above and beyond mandatory updates, for example arranging stress busting or computer training sessions.
