Armed with new operating licenses for its La Haguenreprocessing facilities, Cogema will begin reprocessingnGerman mixed-oxide (MOX) fuel this year in UP2-800 and willnbe able to process high-burnup fuels on a routine basis in bothnUP2-800 and UP3. Reprocessing of materials test reactorn(MTR) fuel now stored at La Hague won’t begin until laten2004, however, said Jean-Luc Andrieux, La Hague sitendirector.
