U.K. to help Russia speed shutdown of Russian Pu reactor

The U.K. will help Russia accelerate the shutdown of thenZheleznogorsk plutonium production reactor in Siberia andnwill introduce better nuclear materials accounting at thenAngarsk enrichment facility, according to U.K. governmentnofficials.
