Brush Wellman raises prices on beryllium, copper alloys

Beryllium alloy maker Brush Wellman has nraised its prices by 5% globally on some npremium grades of its beryllium alloy and ncopper alloy products, the company said nWednesday. “Effective with orders on nOctober 4, 2010, Brush Wellman Alloy nProducts will increase fabrication prices nby 5% on its Moldmax family of alloys,” nthe Mayfield Heights, Ohio-based company nsaid in a statement. Brush Wellman is a nsubsidiary of Brush Engineered Materials.
