RGGI, CCA allowances fall week on week

Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative and California carbon allowances were weaker in trading for the week ending December 6, the same day as the most recent RRGI quarterly auction took place. On the Intercontinental Exchange, RGGI Vintage 2017 for December 2017 delivery fell 19 cents to $3.86/short ton. V18 for December 2018 dropped 20 cents near $3.97/st.
