Platts to replace near-term power assessments with M2MS bal-month data

Following industry consultations, S&P Global Platts has decided to discontinuernits daily North American power near-term assessments and replace thernassessments with M2MS balance-of-the-month data. The last day ofrnpublication for the near-term assessments will be April 30, 2018. Affectedrnpublications are Platts Megawatt Daily, Platts Energy Trader and PlattsrnElectricity Alerts pages 539, 538, 536 and 535.
