Sources said there have been some smallvolume trades this week at prices scattered between the consistent $50 bid-offer range as buyers come into the market to meet lastminute 2017 compliance. "You're seeing true-up buying, deals at small and odd tons to wrap up the year," one market player said. "Prices almost don't even matter because the trades are at such small volumes, so you're seeing prices all over the place."
