SEIA calling on US Commerce to dismiss anonymous tariff petitioner claims

The Solar Energy Industries Association continues to call on the USCommerce Department to dismiss the “baseless claims” of a group ofanonymous petitions who are seeking circumvention tariffs that couldspike module costs up to 250%.If the department grants the petitions request, the US solarindustry will lose 46,000 jobs and forego 18 GW of solar installations,and prevent domestic clean energy goals from being reached, SEIAsaid in an Oct. 25 statement.
