A coalition of ISO New England stakeholders has filed a package of keytariff revisions with federal regulators aimed at boosting clean energyresource participation in ISO-NE's forward capacity auctions.Submitted by the New England Power Pool (NEPOOL), the changes— which won nearly 73% support as part of the six-state gridoperator's stakeholder process — were presented to the FederalEnergy Regulatory Commission on April 7 as an alternative to aseparate ISO-NE proposal that garnered just 19% support.
