Minnesota governor proposes 100% clean electricity by 2040

Tim Walz, along with some other officials, outlined aset of policy proposals aimed at having the state achieve 100% cleanenergy by 2040.To achieve that goal, the state would set a standard that requiresall electric utilities in Minnesota to use only carbon-free energyresources by 2040.
