Prices were gradually declining over the last week in a range from $17.39/mt to $17.34/mt. 3. California CC3 offset was assessed flat on the week at $12.50/mt, as little activity was observed. 4. The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative prices for December 2020 delivery rose 4 cents to price at $7.34/mt in the S&P Global Platts weekly carbon assessments, on par with trading on the Intercontinental Exchange. 5. Over the past week, settlements were increasing from $7.30/mt to $7.34/mt, according to the ICE data.
