Renewable Energy Certificates and Solar RECs were mixed in thetrading week ending November 13.In the REC markets, Massachusetts and Connecticut RECs Vintage2019 both lost $1.75 to be assessed in the upper $30s/MWh, accordingto S&P Global Platts data.
