Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative prices rose for the third consecutive week during the trading week that ended September 25, while California Carbon Allowance prices were steady on the week. RGGI Vintage 19 for December 2019 delivery climbed 12 cents on the week to trade near $5.49/short ton on the Intercontinental Exchange. RGGI V20 for December 2020 also gained 12 cents and traded around $5.71/st on ICE.
