EIA lowers H2 2019 Henry Hub price forecast, releases regional power data

Citing late-July natural gas price decreases and expectations of production growth, the US Energy Information Administration on Tuesday lowered its Henry Hub spot price forecasts for the second half of 2019. The US Energy Information Administration, in its August Short- Term Energy Outlook, trimmed the forecast for Q3 Henry Hub natural gas spot prices by 6 cents to $2.29/MMBtu. The Q4 forecast also fell 22 cents from the previous month's estimates to $2.43/MMBtu.
