Northwest on-peak pricing rose Tuesday morning amid sustained,warm weather and an uptick in spot natural gas pricing.Mid-Columbia on-peak day-ahead prices rose about $2.50 to tradein the high $20s/MWh on Intercontinental Exchange. Prices at theCalifornia-Oregon Border also climbed about $2 to trade near $36/MWh.According to Platts Analytics, gas pipeline flows from the Rockiesto the Pacific Northwest have risen average 600 MMcf above year-agolevels.
