California Carbon Allowances prices were weaker during the first weekof November, while Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative prices wereslightly higher on the week, ahead of the upcoming quarterly auction inDecember.According to data from S&P Global Platts, CCA Vintage 18 forDecember 2018 delivery were assessed about 4 cents lower at$15.48/metric ton, while V19 for December 2019 delivery were 4 centslower at $16.41/mt on the Intercontinental Exchange, continued itsweakness from last week.
