The order was issued following an investigation by the agency’s Office of Investigations November 5, 2015 to July 21, 2017, that determined an examination proctor at Grand Gulf in Mississippi had between January and September 2015 “inappropriately provided assistance on general employee training examinations to non-utility (contractor) personnel,” the order said.
