US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman Richard Glickplans to act on Spire STL Pipeline’s application for a temporarycertificate before the facility's current authorization expires Dec. 13, hesaid during the commission’s monthly meeting Nov. 18.That intent, endorsed by FERC’s three other commissioners at themeeting, comes as Spire has been seeking to gain further FERCauthorization to continue operating the 65-mile, 400,000 Dt/d pipelinethrough the winter heating season.
