On the Intercontinental Exchange, an offer was heard for MD RECVintage 2024, expiring in February 2025 at $19.75/REC, and a bidwas heard for PA RECs of the same Vintage, but expiring in July2024, at $19.50/REC.3. NJ REC V22, expiring in June 2022 settled on ICE on Dec. 22 near$19.35/REC, up about 15 cents from where it settled at thebeginning of the week started Dec. 19.
