US power industry executives who have followed the opening of Mexico’s long cloistered electric power industry said Monday they believe members of the five-month-old administration of President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador disagreed with the break-up of the country’s electricity utility Comision Federal de Electricidad, and are now trying to put the CFE back together as a state-controlled entity.
