Antero continues tightening on costs, posts modest gain in 2019 guidance

Despite a continued move to tighten its belt by cutting back on drillingexpenses, Appalachian Basin producer Antero Resources this weekincreased its oil and gas production guidance for full-year 2019 by 2%over previous projections.In its Q3 2019 earnings release, Antero said it was increasing itsfull-year production guidance to the top end of the range, orapproximately 3.25 Bcfe/d, a 2% increase from the midpoint of theprior range of 3,150 Bcfe/d to 3,250 Bcfe/d.
